Pricing Policy

All prices shown on the website are in £ Sterling and may change from time to time. We reserve the right to change prices.

Goods are described as accurately as possible at the time of being published. The colours for the products in the photos used on our website may differ slightly from the product you receive.

The Pawfect Apparel Company (and Paws 4 Training) retains the right to decline orders if the price displayed is incorrect.

Payment: Payments are made online securely via Stripe. All Payments are made in GBP.

The checks made through the Stripe process may issue “cautionary” and/or “warning” messages to us. Therefore, non-acceptance of an order may be the result of one of the following:

Postage & Packaging: Postage fees are a flat rate. All items posted in the UK will be sent by Royal Mail, First Class. Please contact us for bulk orders as the items will be posted via Parcel Force within the UK.

Deliveries to the Rest of the World are made by Royal Mail Air Mail (Small Packet) or for orders over 2kg in weight Parcel Force Global Priority.

For outside of the UK Please allow 2 weeks for delivery. However, we will endeavor to send your order within one day of the order being manufactured.

Duty fees may apply on top of shipping with larger orders. The customer will be required to pay this fee – we will send an invoice for the amount once received.

Returns & Exchanges: Returns must be processed within 30 days of your purchase. We are happy to exchange items if the size is unsuitable for your dog, provided the product is still in saleable condition.

Please contact us immediately if you require a different size. 

We will also refund any product that is still in saleable condition if the product is unsuitable for your dog.

Our harnesses, leads, collars, safety straps and training lines are all made to order. Orders will be completed within 2 weeks of the order being received, during busier times you will be notified if your order may take a little longer to produce. Orders are made on a first come first served bases.

We pride ourselves on making a quality durable product and use high-quality materials for all of our products. When ordering online please ensure you select the correct size. We will make the order to the specifications requested. Should the product not be of the correct size you must notify Paws 4 Training immediately for this to be rectified. A change in sizing may increase the cost of the product.

We take every care to ensure the quality and durability of our products and will advise on the correct use.

We offer to refund you if you are not satisfied with our product but cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused by using our products.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within five working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Shipping Returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: The Pawfect Apparel Company, Alpine Bungalow, Bungay Road, Hempnall, Norwich, Norfolk, NR15 2NQ

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

How long will you keep my data?

We only hold records during the period of our relationship and for a set period afterward to allow us to meet our legal obligations, including resolving any follow-up issues between us.

For our email marketing list, our systems automatically remove email addresses that are unresponsive or exhibit delivery problems. In addition, users are always able to unsubscribe from the lists using the links provided in the email itself, unsubscribed users are deleted immediately from our list.
